What is it? It’s not always ‘Balayage’, which means to sweep. Balayage is hand painted highlights which can be to the scalp or just below, leaving a ‘root’. To us Lived-In means color is a customized blend of highlights, root smudge/tap, and gloss that gives it depth, dimension and beauty. It grows out seamlessly and requires less up keep-perfect for the modern muse who wants low maintenance luxury.
Many of our clients come in just two times per year for a touch up, with regularly scheduled gloss and/or haircut appointments in between.
