Salon Policies at M'Bardot
Hey, babe! Thanks for taking a moment to go through our salon policies. We’re all about ensuring your experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. So, here’s a little rundown of how things work at M’Bardot.
Vibe & Comfort:
- While you’re getting pampered, please lower your cell phone ringer and keep speakerphone chats for later.
- Children are dear to us, but for their safety and a peaceful experience for all guests, kiddos are welcome only when they have an appointment. Thanks for understanding!
Cancellation & Timing
- Life’s busy, we get it. But if you need to reschedule or cancel, a heads-up 24 hours prior is a must.
- Try arriving 5 mins early to settle in. Running 10 mins late? No worries. Beyond that, though, we might need to modify or cancel your appointment – after all, we’re here for all our guests.
- To cancel, give us a direct call at (586) 598-9060. Text or email won’t do the trick.
- Late cancellations? That’s a 50% charge of the service fee. No-shows? That’s 100% before rebooking.
- All the above cancellation rules apply. Plus, canceling within 24 hours means saying bye to those gorgeous extensions you purchased.
- After our consultation, you’ll sign a form, confirming all details.
Parts & Labor Explained
- What’s this ‘Parts & Labor‘? Simply, ‘Labor’ is what you book, supporting our team and salon. ‘Parts’? That’s your unique hair product cost. You’ll only be charged for what your luscious locks need (applicable to color and chemical services).
Refunds, Exchanges & Feedback:
- Your happiness = our goal. If things aren’t 100%, ring us within 5 days post-appointment. We’ll consult, assess, and figure things out. Heads up: services can’t be refunded.
- Got take-home products you’re not vibing with? Within 14 days, return for an exchange or store credit.
Gratuity & Payments:
- Feel like tipping? Yay! Should you choose to leave gratuity be aware it is not accepted through credit/debit cards. Cash, check or Venmo are accepted.
